Is it winter yet?

Wow!  A mere week ago, central Illinois was enjoying temperatures in the low to mid-70's.  And then ZAP!  Suddenly, it's winter.  No snow yet, but the air is feeling like that could happen soon.  Am I ready?  Of course not, but with the holidays right around the corner, it's probably good that it's getting colder, because I need that to get in the holiday mood!  Don't you?

It's time to start thinking about (and making) some Holiday cards, whether you celebrate Christmas, Jewish holidays, or other winter celebrations.  I'm holding my annual Holiday Stamp-a-Stack classes this week, so I want to share one of the designs with you, just to tease you a bit! 

 

This card is so pretty in real life.  No, it's not pretty, it's absolutely elegant!  And it's a standard A2 card (4 1/4" x 5 1/2") rather than the longer skinnier version you might see here.  I'm not sure why that happens.  You will get to make not one, but two of this card if you attend my class.  It's too late for this week's sessions, but if you would like to take this class, just call or email me and we'll get a class set up for you.  And if you have a couple of friends who would like to join you, that would be excellent.  You'll be glad you did!
